The Eggs Benedict (S$17.00) here was still a personal favourite for me. I supposed that apart from the stunning view of yachts outside the restaurant, the Eggs Benedict was quite unique. The eggsquisite dish was oven-baked before serving, so the Hollandaise sauce was not blanketing the brunch so much, yet the bacon underneath the egg provided that savoury dimension to the food.

Alfresco dining would be much preferred when the heat out there was more forgiving. Just a note: brunch items are available till 5.00pm only!
