Walking into this fairy-tale-themed bar entailed walking past a short dark hallway flanked by a mirror and past metal letters spelling 'once upon a time' in reverse. Once inside, you are greeted the first glance of the warmly-lit bar, and a restaurant floor complete with cozy booths. I was impressed, but expected more fairy-tale-themed surprises.

We tried the beef burger and was impressed by the medium rare patty, which was tender and held together very well without being stringy. It didn't taste chewy and bland at all and provided a satisfying, meaty flavour with every bite.

The steak came too well done at first (as pictured). However, we sent it back and the waiter apologised profusely to us and we got a nicely medium-rare stake in return. It was not too chewy and went very well with the very crispy shoestring fries.

Oh, and you get $8 Asahi pints all night long and $10 craft beer pints before 8pm. Heard this place also has fantastic lunch deals and after tasting the dinner menu, I'd definitely recommend it. This place was absolutely delightful.
