Super starchy and gooey but flavoursome plate of fried flour mixture with a nice outer layer of crisp cooked with a few plumpy oyster in it. Finished off with a garnishing of spring onions.
Best to share to avoid the jelakness overtime. Comes with a sourish spicy chilli. The fried oyster they always cooked with a bit of spiciness too.
