Oh how I adore banchan, especially kimchi! Been craving for kimchi since yesterday, so I was up early this morning to head out to get this homemade kimchi [and got tempted by the pickled quail eggs so I got them as well].

Seriously love how the kimchi here is so different from Singapore's. Whether it's the climate or temperature, I don't know. But what I do know is this: kimchi here has the perfect taste and crunch, and a whole variation of spice levels to choose from! And goodness, quail eggs pickled with jalapeños... such joy! #GourmetAdventuresInSeoul
