The main highlight here was the hotcake after all, with a soft, fluffy and sufficiently moist texture, coupled with slightly crisp edges and top surface layer. I could even have it in silo without the addition of the earl grey infused maple syrup that tasted rather odd, lacking characteristic fragrance of earl grey and had a peculiar artificial sweetness which I wasn’t a fan of. The salted caramel ice cream was smooth, creamy and milky but lacked the characteristic saltiness and was akin to a normal milk ice cream. The assorted berries were berry sour indeed, adding a tangy note to the other sweet elements. I would say, just the charcoal hotcake is suffice to keep my palate and sweet tooth cravings satisfied 😌. .
