Quite a beauty to look at. Served with cold lobster that was sadly a little lackluster, but textures were great with a soft burst of saltiness from marinated fish roe, crispy shrimp and a good bite from the al dente pasta. Can't help but compare this to its more affordable version of Sakura ebi pasta at Saveur which I prefer considering the price point. #burpple
