Thankfully, they still do takeaway during this period so we did so. We honestly didn’t have very high hopes because we weren’t eating the food there in the restaurant itself, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that everything exceeded our expectations. The Salmon Mentai Pasta ($22) featured al dente pasta tossed in a rich Mentaiko sauce alongside cubes of juicy salmon, while the Cold Truffle Somen with Hotate ($14.90) came with cold pasta, succulent slices of scallop and a dollop of caviar. Both came with an onsen egg and a side of salad and wakame seafood. They bundled up the cold onsen in a aluminium layering to keep everything fresh and cold, which we thought was a nice gesture. Fantastic quality food and we definitely will be back! We hope they manage to pull through such a tough time because it would be a shame to see them go. They are also available on Burpple Beyond!
