First time for me to see Fried White Kway Teow. My mistake was to packet home instead of savouring the CKT on the spot.

But you can still tell that there was wok heat, more savoury and non of the sweetness of normal CKT. The cockles were well done by the time I got home but they were numerous so good value for $4. I did not like the Chinese sausage used as they have a chewy plastic like skin. But lots of fish cake and egg was in the mix.

To do justice to this stall I will come back again and try their CKT in situ.
