if you’ve never had mee sua dry, you’re missing out. (well, at least that’s how i felt 🙈) relish in the al dente mee sua, tossed in vinegar, chilli, minced pork in a single mouth - simply appetite inducing. you’ll finish it before you know it. it’s amazing how they managed to perfect the ratio of sauce to mee sua, since mee sua is naturally slightly salty! my go-to when i’m craving for dry version of noodles.

if you want a little oomph, try their 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 ($𝟱.𝟯𝟬) that proves to have an apparent increase in spice that’s both easily palatable and fragrant for spicy lovers. another fiery choice, 𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝘂𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹 ($𝟱.𝟯𝟬) has a mix of fishballs and meatballs, tossed in spicy spicy shrimp sauce. i love how the meatballs had a good bite to it, tasted unlike the frozen kind i’m used to, and was well paired with the sauce. a side dish that’s worth the add-on!
