A fun twist to the classic flatbread, Gravy’s latest addition to the menu, Pizza Naan was surprisingly good. Baked in tandoor with bits of peppers and cheese, the flavours were distinct yet not too overpowering. Great on its own with the smoky spotted edges and good as a vessel to mop the sauces. Puffy with a crisp charred crust, the texture was also pretty on-point.
