Tau Kee (Beancurd skin) is awesome with porridge or with rice! ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค Having absorbed the essence of the gravy they were braised in, these add so much savoury flavours to the plate! ๐Ÿ’•

Beansprouts add a nice crunch to the plate & I added them cuz these look pretty clean! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ With some carrots ๐Ÿฅ• & spinach added when stir-frying, I liked that it brought some vibrancy to my plate. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Braised egg ๐Ÿณ could be braised for a longer time but well, it still was a yummy & good source of protein! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
