Bread is super chewy. There’s a nice amount of v slightly gooey cinnamon, it’s fragrant but not overpowering. I got it fresh from the oven this time (I’ve repurchased this many many times haha) and it was still warm as I carried it like a baby. Not dry, but it does dry out if you don’t finish it after a few days. Many joosy raisins are found it it too. Also it’s $4.90 for this giant loaf??? Amazing
