This is one omakase that the chefs did an amazing job by showcasing both simplicity and skills of the Japanese culture through the use of traditional Edomae-sushi techniques, and most importantly it won’t burn a hole in your pocket with its affordable pricing.

[Sushi Chiharu] - The Sardine are paired with radish and comes in a ponzu sauce.

Importing seasonal fish and ingredients from some of the best markets in Japan twice weekly, each ingredient is elegantly showcased in two menus available at the restaurant: a 10-piece Nigiri Sushi Course ($90++) and a 18-course Omakase Menu ($140++)
