Ironically, the most anticipated dish turned out to be the biggest disappointment. Beef was a little too rare (bleeding all over the plate, hence making everything a bit too wet). A little more doneness could've lent more flavour, too. The uni was only alright - wouldn't expect them to have torched better-grade uni anyway. The inside of the wagyu was also stuffed with way too many onions, overwhelming the already lacking beefy flavour.
