We were surprised that no tools was needed as the shell can be cracked easily. Got a bit of issue when dad couldn’t find his membership card and the staff didn’t recognize the app version. Told the customer service at the ground floor about the issue on the way out. Guess the boss happened to overhear us and refund the discount immediately.
