I don't know whether it's Taiwanese food in general or this place in particular - probably more of the latter - but the food, while ok, is kind of boring and variety is less than at Teochew or certainly Cantonese eateries here. For a café, prices are on the high side (and they don't serve water, cold or warm, only bottled water). Without the Entertainer 1-for-1 offer, it doesn't make much sense to eat here.
