𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗴𝗴𝘀 ($14) on toast — simple and unassuming, but quite the potent palate pleaser when done to perfection.

Micro's was close. Adorned upon impeccably toasted sourdough was this pristine free range egg omlette that oozed liquid gold. Dreamily creamy whilst also sporting a cloud-like ☁️ fluffiness, this was a textural revelation.

$14 for scrambled eggs may be a tad much, but I'm not bringing money to the grave. Treat yo self.
