Mince Meat La Mian (Zha Jiang Mian) $5. The noodle is qq, bouncy and delicous. Unlike Beijing style of Zha Jiang Mian, the sauce here is thick and sticky, instead more watery. It remains robust but the saltiness has been tone down a few notch. With a few stir, the sauce will coat the noodles evenly. Yummy.

[Slide Left] Dumplings. Both version that we ordered are not as good and tasty like the noodle. The dumpling skin is thin, not bouncy. The fillings are huge, but lumpy and lack of seasoning. Hmmm... we'll skip the dumplings next time.
