Australian Cheddar is layered in between the panko and the meat, and melted to precision at an optimal temperature from the heat of the Katsu, ensuring the cheese stays runny throughout the meal. This complements and adds great texture as well as creamy flavour to the already popular katsu. Do catch this as it will only be available till 30th June!
