Butterfly pea curly pasta tossed in sichuan garlic oil, garlic prawns, lapcheong crumble and tobiko to give that savoury crunch in every bite.

This was rather interesting, with so many influences from different cuisines put together. However, it was a taste-and-forget kind of dish; nothing too memorable. Vege wege faired way better in my opinion (see previous post!).
