While the roasted meats' reign here is no question (go team Toro Char Siew ππΌ), this humble plate of incredibly springy noodles slicked in fragrant ginger scallion oil deserves a mention too. π
π¦ Maybe I'm biased, but I'm a sucker for noodles with such hard-to-find texture and I have a weakness for anything with ginger scallion sauce! π Make sure you get this with your roast of choice! π
p.s. It might be worth mentioning that there were some who tried this the other day and tasted a very strong alkaline taste. Ours was perfectly fine though. Fingers crossed you get a good batch!
