Hand-chopped wagyu beef with sesame oil dressing, Korean honey pear, red chili, egg yolk.

#Throwback to the $2 oyster night 😍

Definitely one of my favourite dish @museamusesg - the 6-day Baby Back Pork Ribs ($16).

The most intriguing cocktail I have ever had - Tom Yun Bloody Mary ($25).

Spicy spheres of panko-encased kimchi risotto on sweet, velvety butternut squash puree and dollops of mayonnaise spiked with the Korean red pepper paste.

Uni Pie Tee ($15++ for 2) Nowadays got duck pie tee, Uni pie tee, etc.

Chicken Roulade ($15++)
Sous vide chicken thigh, served with cauliflower purée and fried potato strips.
