Though takoyaki is no new japanese snack to our foodies here, Gindaco really takes their tako balls seriously. From the fresh preparation (really can't stand those who pre-make by the dozens), to the generous filling and teriyaki sauce. The Teri Tama comes with a dollop of egg mayo salad which totally complements the saltish tako balls. Even the paper "boats"which the tako are served are made of Russian white pine which absorbs oil better! P.S. This is good but the best takaoyaki I had was in HK's Ocean Park!
