This looked and sounded like the drink that would be the heaviest/most jelak out of all the other beverages on the menu, but it surprisingly turned out otherwise! It’s basically known as the drink version of their classic cheese tart - you get toppings of lightly crisped tart crust bits and a thick smoothie base paired with just the right amount of apricot jam. It wasn’t too sweet and tied in pretty well with the savoury hints of cheese (though this won’t be it, if you’re expecting something full out rich and cheesy)!
