So insanely delicious. Reminds me of Mabo-Nasu (Jap version of Eggplant Mapo Tofu) atop Chawanmushi. I never knew the Thais had such an awesome dish. Not only did the rich and thick flavours of the Pork-Eggplant Braise complement the fragrant Steamed Egg, but its viscous texture was a perfect tandem with the smoothness of the egg too.
