fresh prawns
1 tbsp oyster sauce.
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 sesame oil.
2 tbsp Shaoxing huatiao wine
1 tbsp water
minced garlic
minced ginger
4 egg white
1 spring spring onion, optional.

Steps :
1️⃣Trim the feeders of the prawns and cut a slit along the 2 sides of the prawns and removing the thread dirt on both sides, but reserving the shells. Marinated the prawns with Mix the oyster sauce, light soya sauce, sesame oil, wine and water together.

2️⃣On a steamer, place the prawn and pour egg white on side and followed by the minced ginger.

3️⃣Steam for 8-10 mins, ready to served.
