Privileged to be part of the gastronomic Food Trail launched by Restaurant Association of Singapore, featuring 50 new dish creations from 50 participating restaurant brands using Singapore's local produce.

The inaugural Singapore Restaurant Month will be starting from 1 July to 10 August 2015. I will not be reviewing all 50 restaurant brands, but handpicking some noteworthy dishes that stands out to me, such as this 3-Grain (Barley, Quinoa, Arborio rice) Laksa Risotto paired with homemade Seabass fish cake.

This dish is one of the 5-course meal from the SG50 menu featuring the main local produce, Seabass which is actually from Pulau Ubin. More details can be found at www.singaporerestaurantmonth.com
