decided to try Collin’s new plant-based menu🌱 my pick was the mushroom truffle cream pasta with vegetarian soy-based meatballs from The Vegetarian Butcher ($16).

really enjoyed it!! not much truffle taste but if you’re team cream>tomato pasta you’ll like this! huhe portion too🤰🏻the meatballs taste very similar to actual meatballs but there was a very strong cinnamon taste that I would have preferred to be dialed down.
