a simple heirloom tomato and garlic pasta done right with an incredible texture and bite to the pasta
Been a while since I visited Tipo and didn't know their Bugis outlet renovated! It's so much more spacious and bright nowš« I was too lazy to build a pasta so I ordered a house special instead - Great Gorgonzola, and idk why I didn't try it sooner. The gorgonzola cream was sooo richš¤¤š§ and clung onto the mafalde well.
too sour and i preferred if it leaned less towards the tomato side
spago changes the flavour of their agnolotti from time to time. the one i had had a deliciousl pumpkin filling with brown butter, sage, pine nuts & parmigiano.
ravioli in browned butter, this was so good!
beef cheek ragu. this was meaty and q nice!
strong crustacean fragrance in the prawn bisque but idk felt like it was missing somethingā¦maybe type of pasta could be changed so the sauce can better cling onto the strands?
I seriously think that the best turkish food are in hawker centres. Servings are always VERY generous and flavourfulš«Øš¤¤ Amount of chicken to pasta was like 1:1šš¼, and came with creamy yogurt and a tangy red pepper sauce. Because of the cheaper prices, the pesto flavour leaned towards olive oil, but was still enjoyable nonetheless!
