This passionfruit dome, one of @cafehoppinginabox new collection for May 2017, had an Asian twist through the use of kaffir coconut mousse. Vanilla sponge, lime jelly, and passionfruit gel was encased in passionfruit glaze, but the surprise was the kaffir lime fragrance that lingers at another dimension. Try it and you'll know what I mean. The kaffir lime won't be for everyone, but I liked it.
