With your choice of Kurobuta pork sausage or spiced chicken sausage, I opted for latter which came with a tinge of spice that was distinct yet not too overwhelming. Topped with shiitake mushrooms, melted triple cheese and soy glaze, the chicken sausage is tender, juicy and flavourful, sandwiched between a soft and fluffy hotdog bun. Really love this combo of cheese and mushrooms, with the latter lending a pleasant earthy flavour profile, a chewy and juicy texture amidst the layer of gooey and creamy melted cheese. Though price might not be the best, this is certainly one of the best hotdog buns I’ve ever had! ✨ Nevertheless, thanks to @burpple Burpple Beyond, I managed to enjoy a 1-for-1 deal for the hotdog buns here which makes the trip (and treat) worthwhile 😋.
