Chilli Pomelo La Mian Soup with Crabmeat Set ($24)

Another signature @bluelotus_sg is their Chilli Pomelo La Mian. I found the amount of heat in this bowl to be just right though I felt they were a tad too generous with the chilli oil. Do not expect a very soupy dish as the soup texture was more gravy-ish with ample amount of shredded crab meat topped onto the noodles. I enjoyed this pretty much but it may get a bit too heavy for one to consume alone as the portion of the noodles is rather sizeable. Best to order a few different mains for sharing so that you get to taste various dishes.

The lunch set also came with a starter of Oriental Grilled Prawn Salad with Yuzu Kumquat Dressing which I found refreshing and the Citrus Mousse with Burnt Orange dessert.
