Pasta was perfectly cooked and tossed with generous amount of flavourful, juicy pork sausage meat with the skins removed. π The creamy tomato sauce was well balanced by a sweet tang without being too heavy. The homemade pasta also had a cheesy flavour on its own, incorporating a rich savouriness! [8/10]
