@bishoku.sg specialises in mentaiko and truffle aioli and has a menu with rice bowls and sides that centres around those flavours. We had the Mentai Salmon Bowl and the Beef Cubes Bowl and both came in generous portions of both the meat and the rice. The mentaiko sauce was tasty and not too creamy, adding flavour to the salmon and going well with rice as it can be salty on its own. The beef cubes were torched well too and we would have liked there to be some sauce on the rice to add flavour to it as well. Both bowls come with achar which was very refreshing and we enjoyed it a lot too!
