Instead of their premium cut, we were distracted by their seasonal Katsu with ripen cheese (background) and this set that could be topped with a sake (main source of distraction). Verdict was that there appeared to be a lot of items in the set, but none of them stood out in terms of taste. The loin pork Katsu used with the ripen cheese was a normal cut and also didn't impress. Unfortunately, our craving wasn't satisfied, perhaps mainly due to wrong choices made. Nonetheless, we would likely return to one at Mandarin Gallery next time, one that not only satisfy but surpassed our expectation with their Katsu and also salad.
