My first time at Geometry and the Earl Grey Tie Guan Yin ($3.90, premium ice cream) did not disappoint! The ice-cream is made using 1872 Clipper’s Earl Grey and has a lovely balanced flavour where the bergamot oil isn’t overpowering.

I also appreciated the fact that we could sample the ice cream before choosing because all the flavours sounded delicious!
