Luke’s Lobster’s is one year old 🥳, to celebrate their first anniversary in Singapore, @lukeslobstersg launched local flavours first time ever, collaborate with Thevar and Birds of a Feather.

Buttery bun served with fresh lobsters that toasted in Sichuan pepper oil, powder and preserved mustard greens, soy sauce, black vinegar, preserved soybean paste, egg yolk, squeezes of lemon and Birds of a Feather’s signature red chilli oil.
It's not overwhelming and i still can taste the sweetness from the lobster.

Buttery bun served with fresh chunks of lobster claw and knuckle meat, tossed in curry aioli, Xec Xec spices, homemade roasted coconut chutney, top with fried shallots, baby coriander and fresh onions, tomatoes and green chilli.
