Also enjoyed their Oyster Omelette, which comes with creamy, plump oysters that screamed: "EAT ME" (most likely my inner OS, but they are legit tempting)! The batter is the crispy type with fluffy egg layered within, which I preferred over the more commonly found gloopy/starchy version! Very similar to the Michelin-starred Hoi Thod that we had on our last BKK trip, just minus the sticky-sweet sauce! A slight drawback would be that it can get a bit greasy, though understandably necessary to get the crispy mouthfeel. We recommend eating with their tangy chilli, which helped make it a lot less jelat!
