Salted Egg 🥚 Yolk Macaroni Seafood Celery (S$10)

A Singaporean take on Mac and Cheese 🧀. Tossed the pasta 🍝 in milky salted egg 🥚 sauce, spiced with some and topped with seafood and greens.

Did not look 👀 much but the salted egg yolk taste was quite distinct. Can’t figure out what’s seafood was in there, although it was written there’s sotong.
My partner remarked to me if there’s minions working behind ‘cos the bentos 🍱 magically appeared in the empty lockers.
