The eels are imported from Japan twice a week and kept alive in the restaurant within chilled holding rooms, so freshness guaranteed!

Overall, food quality is pretty good. Both eels and sashimi are fresh. My only gripe is that wished that the rice to ingredients ratio could be better 🤭
