If youโre a fan of unagi with sweet tare, you can try the unagi kabayaki ($28). With the succulent meat and good portion, this is definitely more value-for-money than the unagi don!

The chewy noodles is coated with peanut-based sauce and served with shredded chashu, minced pork, white diced onions, fried onions, pickles, and mizuna. Youโd also receive an onsen egg (served separately). A good variety of colours and textures in the bowl ๐ฅบ
