Happened to pass by a food fair in Ang Mo Kio where Gold Medal Bolo Bun was giving out free freshly baked bolo buns to introduce themselves and gather feedback! They were given out in batches of 30 around every half an hour. It was a really good bolo bun - Bread was fluffy and the crust nicely crumbly, though I would have liked just a little bit more sweetness. The slab of butter sandwiched between also melted well to add a touch of savouriness. Not sure when they will start operations, but more of their deets on Instagram, @bolobun_ !
