Created by Kim Jinkyu, Korean barista champion and resident coffee director, this has a white ball of cotton candy floss, suspended over a steaming cup of Americano.

As the steam wafts upwards, condensing on the cotton candy, the resulting sugar syrup drips back into the coffee below.

Unique and ingenious, though it takes a good 15 minutes for the magic to happen. Tastes as expected, though I love the presentation.
