The fillings between these pillowy corn-dust sourdough buns are generous, with layers of slaw, caramelised onion, tartar sauce, cheese and a tomato slice providing bags of both flavour and texture.

Perhaps most surprisingly, the salmon patties are flaky and moist.

I’m not sure if this is only available for a limited time, and I hope its got a permanent spot on the menu, as I’m looking forward to having it again.
