Jumping onto the #basquecheesecake #foodtrend 🥰 like many others, #circuitbreakersg is training me to be the next #masterchef #masterbaker just kidding very far from it🤭😂 but it’s definitely a time to explore and understand how your food is made and the mad skills that #sgcafes and #sgrestaurants have😌💕 inspired by @buttermilkpantry basque burnt cheesecake recipe and added my own #matcha twist to it🍵✨the recipe is pretty foolproof for first timers! ⚠️VERY IMPORTANT TIP: WATCH YOUR OVEN DURING THE LAST 5-10 MINS - as every oven is different, as u can see I missed the perfect burnt by a few mins😢⚠️ the cream cheese mixture is perfect😍 but I will have to work on the matcha , tried to recreate one of my favorite bakery @keongsaikbakery two faced cheesecake (failed), now you know, it’s worth the price✨😂🍵 check out my instahighlight for the process details🌝✨ check @buttermilkpantry for the recipe☺️ stay safe and sane everyone💪
