finally got my Madeleine pan🐚💕and a stash of @nestle instant matcha latte 🍵 from @donkisg 🥰 hence decided to try my first Madeleine bake inspired by @justonecookbook again🤭💕 I twerked the proportions and amount to suit my small intake + less sweet needs🥰✨and turned out to be really yummy✨there isn’t a strong matcha taste cos I’m still procrastinating about spending money on better matcha powder💸but I love how it turned out to have a fragrant milky flavor with hint of matcha😊 first time doing chocolate glazing which needs some improvement hence will try again before sharing that💪 but for original matcha latte Madeleine it’s a success for me😊it’s really a simple and quick bake (since u can prep the night before) just need to invest in that pretty pan🤩happy Friday everyone! Hope I make u all wanna bake this wkend too😂✨

I literally screamed in joy when the slice came out beautifully in those flowing layers of #matcha #chocolate #creamcheese 🤩✨I followed the methodology in @buttermilkpantry recipe but mostly in my own adjustments to have a #lesssugar and intense cheesecake 🧀 can definitely eat 2-3 pieces on ur own😂 the texture is like a creamy tofu!!!😍 I let it rest for quite a while before cutting as i didn’t want it to collapse haha! But if u want that oozy cream you can cut as soon as u take it out from the oven!🙃

🍓want to learn how to many something real fancy! 🥰 why not give galettes a try! It looks difficult and tedious but it’s actually not as tough as it seems💕 you can easily swap out the filling with other ingredients like chocolate, blueberries, pineapple, banana etc! If you can find instant pie pastry even better! Half the time saved😉👍 this is really the perfect bake for occasions if you want something different from cakes and afraid that cakes might not turn out as well ( cake textures can screw up easily)
