My favourite dish from atlas coffeehouse’s old menu is in columbus’s menu! The combination of the mushroom, cheese, eggs and bread is delish and honestly a good brunch item that I enjoy :) would have preferred the sourdough to be less dense (this really pales in comparison to other sourdough breads).
