The soup broth from Guan Lee Sen Seafood started out milky and rich but after the refill, they diluted it with a lighter stock which sunk our boat a little bit. 😩We also felt we would have gotten more fish if we just ordered separate bowls of fish soup, so the steamboat might not be that worth it.
