Yet another fusion food where the East meets the West, this 13 inch pizza comprises of spicy dried shrimp topped with sliced egg tofu on a thin crusted base. Love how the spicy dried shrimps added not only a tinge of spice but also a pleasant umami fragrance to the pizza, the main highlight here which overshadowed the characteristic tangy tomato paste (thank goodness 🙏🏻!). Along with a top layer of thick, gooey melted cheese, each slice is topped with egg tofu that was soft, silky and wobbly, also a lighter element that serve as a counterbalance to the other heavier ones, typically the spicy dried shrimp paste. The pizza crust was also thin and crisp on the edges, though the interior could have been more solid and les fragile. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed this pizza for its unique flavour and the fragrant tinge of spice that makes it nice! 😋 .
