With thinly sliced abalone mushrooms coated in Carnation evaporated milk, curry leaves, and other secret ingredients, then stir-fried. It tastes... like Twisties. Like curry flavoured twisties, but better.

Slightly crisp in texture, with beautiful notes of savoury spicy salty. My gosh, this is so good. 9/10 if I didn't mention some of it, you'd be hard pressed to guess the ingredients. Highly recommended.
